I. Miles Pollack, the founder and principal attorney of I. Miles
Pollack, representing clients’ in general civil
litigation. Mr. Pollack provides clients with
vast legal experience in handling legal matters including
litigation, residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Attorney Pollack has served his clients’ needs in the areas of
commercial leases, construction and building acquisitions,
residential real estate transactions, co-op conversions and board
management. Miles Pollack is credited with numerous conversions of
residential and commercial mixed-use properties in SoHo, New York.
The firm also handles personal injury matters as part
of civil litigation along with real estate and general commercial
litigation.
Mr. Pollack graduated from New
York University at the Heights in 1957 where he was a member of the
Alpha Epsilon Pi fraternity. He went on to earn his
Bachelor of Laws degree (LL.B) from New York University in 1961,
after honorably serving his country in the United States Army.
In addition to representing individuals and commercial entities,
Mr. Pollack has served his community as a Hearing Officer in the New
York City Parking Violations Bureau, an Arbitrator in the White
Plains City Court, and has accepted numerous pro bono case
assignments from the bar and bench. He also
served as an Arbitrator on panels for the American Arbitration
Association. Having located his law practice to White Plains in
1991, he maintains a General Civil Litigation practice. Fluent in
the Spanish language, Mr.Pollack is a volunteer teacher of English
as a Second Language (ESL) courses.
Mr. Pollack was recognized by his peers for his years of service as
the selected recipient of the Westchester County Bar Association
Award in 2012.
